Sewing Lessons

Beginning Skills  - $40 
2 hour class in my studio in one session or split into 2 sessions.  You can bring any supplies you already have or just use what I have.  You will learn the basics of machine operation and sewing vocabulary and make a small project to take home from fabric I have on hand.

• Scrunchie
• Eye Mask
• Headband
• Bookmark
• crayon/colored pencil/makeup brush roll
• chapstick holder

Project classes - $30/hour.
The duration of this class will depend on your sewing experience and number of people attending, most projects can be completed in 2 hours.  You should know how to thread and run your machine for his class. I will provide pattern, walk though each step, and help trouble shoot.  I can provide a supply supply list or to streamline the preparation process, I can also provide the service of purchasing, prewashing and cutting of the fabric into ready to go kits.  

• Infinity Scarf with Hidden Pocket - learn to install a zipper
• Zipper pouch - learn to install zipper
• Applique on pillow or tote bag - learn to appliqué
• Hostess apron - Learn to gather and apply trim

Custom class  - $30/hr - If you have something you want to make but not confident to try it on your own, or you don't have the space or equipment to get the job done; let me help!

Use of studio - $20/hr - Sometimes you just need the space or a serger to get things done.  I have those :)
